Dear Parents,

The Wooster High School Bands and Orchestra will travel to New York City from April 11 through 14, 2002. A trip such as this is a fabulous opportunity for our students. We are pleased that your son or daughter will take part.
Because we are leaving early Thursday morning, we will miss two days of school and will return Sunday night. Our trip consists of the following exciting opportunities:

The cost of the trip will be $525.

It is possible that this amount could increase by as much as $80. This is due to the uncertainty of the Mets schedule and would effect the final payment. One important purpose of this letter is to inform you of a need for a $100 non-refundable deposit due on September 28 from every student and chaperone. The entire payment schedule is as follows:

Students who have money in their accounts from last year’s sales may wish to use this money for the deposit (and/or other payments). Balances are posted in the music room.

We will have the following fundraisers so that each student can raise money for their own individual account kept here at school:
